Personal Coaching
After each week of Sharon’s program I felt like a different person was emerging. Prior to this I was very passionate about everything, wanted everything done yesterday and thought if you want something done right, do it yourself. My colleagues and staff staff started saying things like; ‘What has happened to you?... Did you hit your head? … Why are you being so nice?’
Sharon gave me clarity ; I now know what I want to and more importantly how I am going t get it. I can now delegate which allows me to stay focused. I have also finally realized that no one is perfect, especially me!
